Most often Outlook not showing images in emails due to a default setting or security feature. Follow these steps to fix it:
Navigate to the "File" tab in Outlook.
Choose "Options" and select "Trust Center."
Go to the "Automatic Download" tab under "Trust Centre Settings"
To disable the setting, check the box next to "Don''t download pictures in HTML email" and click on "OK" to save the changes.
