When importing banking transactions, you need to prepare your .CSV file. Once the file is prepared, you can follow the steps below to import the transactions:
• Open the Banking menu and then select File Upload.
• Browse your computer and select the .CSV file.
• Click ‘Open’ and then press Next.
• Select the required account from the Account drop-down menu.
• Please choose the date format as it is shown in your .CSV file.
• Go to the ‘Description and Amount’ fields and enter the data.
• Check the transactions in your .CSV file and make exclusions.
Once you checked all the data, press ‘Yes’ to import the transactions. In case you need help completing the step mentioned above, you can call the QuickBooks customer service number and ask for additional technical assistance.
